Two very different settings, one service area

Los Sueños Resort & Marina and the surrounding Herradura area sit about ten minutes north of Jacó, around a sheltered bay. Los Sueños itself is a gated resort community built around a large marina known for sport fishing, with a golf course, beach club, restaurants, condominium buildings and private villas on the surrounding hillsides. Herradura, the town around it, mixes residential streets, smaller hotels and rental homes.

Guests here tend to fall into three groups: sport-fishing parties, golf groups, and families and couples who want a quieter base than central Jacó while staying close to it. All three benefit from treatments delivered to the property.

Why in-condo and in-villa treatments work well here

The logistics of Los Sueños push guests toward mobile appointments. If you are staying inside the resort, leaving for a spa means a drive out of the gate and back — and if you are in a hillside villa, add narrow access roads and limited parking.

A therapist who comes to you avoids all of it. In these properties, the best treatment space is often the balcony: many Los Sueños condos have large terraces with marina, golf or ocean views, which is hard to beat for a late-afternoon session.

Booking when you are inside a gated community

This is the one extra step. Because Los Sueños is gated, security needs to know who is arriving. When we confirm a booking we send the therapist's name so you, or the property manager, can register them as your visitor. It also helps to share:

• The building or villa name
• The unit number
• Where the therapist should park
• Any gate or front-desk procedure specific to your property

Treatments after a day on the water

Sport fishing is more physical than it looks. Hours standing on a moving deck, constant balancing, sun exposure, and the effort of fighting a big fish all load the forearms, shoulders and lower back. The morning after, most guests know exactly where they are tight.

The usual choices:

A round at a championship course here involves significant rotation through the back and hips, plus several hours in the heat. Deep tissue work on the hips, glutes and mid-back is the common request, or a lighter relaxation session the evening before a round.

For families and couples

Villas and larger condos in the area are well suited to a private villa massage setup on a terrace or beside the pool. With two therapists, a couple can be treated together while children nap or swim under supervision.
