Information we receive

When you request an appointment we receive the details you choose to send: your name, contact number, email address if provided, the service you are interested in, the number of guests, your preferred date and time, the location of your accommodation and any notes about your treatment.

How it is used

We use that information only to answer your request, arrange and carry out your appointment, and follow up if a booking needs to change. Booking details are kept for our own scheduling records.

WhatsApp and third parties

When you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Our site loads no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Details are shared only with the therapist assigned to your appointment, and with no one else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Retention

Appointment details are kept only as long as needed for scheduling and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp. You can also choose not to provide optional details such as your email address.
